Biography

My name is Richie Tavake and I am a professional actor from San Francisco, CA.
How it started. I started in acting at 19, doing theater classes at City College of San Francisco, training with people such as Gloria Weinstock and Patricia Miller until I was cast in, "The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui, by: Bertolt Breckt", playing multiple characters such as: Shoe Shiner, Gangster, and Raag the Reporter. I continued in community theater doing roles from sound tech and ensemble until I was cast in my first lead role as, Juan Jose, in Richard Montoya's "American Night - The Ballad of Juan Jose." Beyond stage, I've also worked on-camera for projects such as Diva Talk Tonight (KOFY). Beyond the arts. My professional life in service and supervisory roles has cultivated my time management and consistent group-project success to such a degree I've had the habit of being a little too early (to work, events, meetings etc). Hobbies. I have been an avid fan of anime and video games from an early age. It influenced my appreciation of voice-over and sharing stories through media. My job. My goal is to ensure I bring the most honest and best to your project so that it succeeds. |
